Once payment is confirmed and our team has initiated work on your profile, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.
Because our deliverables are digital, intellectual assets created specifically for your unique career history, we do not provide cash refunds, partial charge-backs, or order cancellations once drafting has begun.

2. Project Timelines & Profile-Based Turnaround

Our standard turnaround time for delivering an initial draft is typically 2 to 4 business days.
However, turnaround times may vary depending on:

4. Client Collaboration & Accurate Input

The quality and accuracy of the final draft directly rely on the honesty, completeness, and timeliness of the details provided by the client.
Unresponsive communication, prolonged delays in providing feedback, or withholding required employment details from the client’s end will extend the project schedule and does not entitle the client to a refund.

5. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes
